Location: QOVES – The Library, London (5 days in the office)

About QOVES

QOVES is a technology company pioneering facial aesthetics, helping consumers make informed beauty decisions. Today, people often rely on guesswork or generic advice when considering appearance-related changes. QOVES empowers them with clear, science-backed insights and personalised recommendations.

Our platform connects users with a data-driven understanding of their facial structure, supported by evidence-based guidance. Our impact is measurable:

  • 2.5+ million followers across platforms
  • 4.8/5 star rating across 600+ customer reviews
  • Profitable, growing company with a global team

At QOVES, we believe beauty advice should be personalised, responsible, and inclusive. Every decision—from the AI behind our models to the way we communicate results—is shaped by evidence, sensitivity, and modern standards of beauty.

Headquartered in London’s iconic The Library, we’re a creative-driven team with deep respect for our audience’s time and intent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
