We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to lead the social media and content strategy across our London hotels, restaurants and bars.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented storyteller who can create engaging content, grow online communities and deliver commercial results through innovative social media campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the social media strategy across all channels.
- Creating compelling content including photography, video, copy and storytelling.
- Managing content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
- Driving paid social campaigns and analysing performance.
- Growing engagement and managing online communities.
- Managing influencer partnerships, media stays and content shoots.
- Working closely with hotel, F&B, sales, marketing and PR teams to support business objectives.

About you:
- Proven social media and content experience within luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle or a premium brand environment.
- Strong content creation skills across photography, video, editing and copywriting.
- Experience managing successful paid social campaigns.
