Social Media Coordinator
Location: London (hybrid)
Reports to: Head of Social and Community
Type: Full time, permanent
Why this role exists
At BON CHARGE we believe your day is shaped by light, and our social channels exist to show people what living that way looks like. This is the all-rounder role at the heart of it. One hour you are scheduling the week's content, the next you are in the comments talking to someone about their sleep, then you are pulling numbers on what performed and why. If you like doing one thing all day, this is not for you. If you want your hands on every part of how a premium wellness brand shows up on social media, it is.
What you'll own
- Our community: comments, DMs and tags across all channels, replying in brand voice, escalating where needed and helping the people who love the brand feel seen
- The day-to-day content calendar: scheduling, publishing, QA and platform optimisation across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels, within the strategy set by the Head of Social
- Platform-native captions and copy: that hold our brand voice and compliance guidelines
- Cultural awareness: staying close to what is moving on platform and in wellness, and bringing considered ideas on where BON CHARGE belongs in the conversation, and where it does not
- Monthly reporting inputs: pulling channel data and community insights, spotting patterns and feeding them into planning
- Design briefs for carousels, campaign visuals and static assets: written clearly and with constructive feedback on the work that comes back
- UGC curation: sourcing and repurposing creator and community content that shows real people living the BON CHARGE way
- Real-time amplification of key events and campaign moments
- Compliance: working within approved claims language for a regulated wellness category, with creative sign-off from the Head of Social

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
