Role Purpose

The Social Media Coordinator / Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Reporting to the Marketing leadership, the role will focus on creating compelling content, managing social channels, analysing performance metrics, and aligning digital campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across relevant channels.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including community engagement and moderation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
  • Support brand consistency across all digital communications.
  • Contribute to paid social campaigns where required.
  • Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a marketing team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Full-time permanent availability.
  • Experience operating within a marketing function (financial services experience preferred).
