Your Responsibilities

Core activities (with room to evolve):

  • Email Marketing:
    • Craft engaging copy, design graphics, and optimise campaigns for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Scale LinkedIn’s reach (our largest channel) via A/B testing new content formats.
    • Launch Twitter and explore YouTube expansion.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Maintain brand consistency across visuals for all marketing channels.
  • Website & UX/SEO:
    • Refine the website and improve user experience while aligning with our stronger brand identity.
  • Analytics & PPC:
    • Monitor performance (KPIs) daily, optimise strategies to meet metrics, and manage paid ads.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Seed content ideas internally and keep teams updated on brand progress.
