About Carv
Carv is the world's first digital ski coach. A motion sensor clips to your ski boot, real-time audio coaching plays in your ear, and behind it all sits data from hundreds of millions of turns. Our content reaches millions of skiers a year, and our social channels are how a huge chunk of them find us. We need someone to help run them.
About The Role
We're hiring a Social Media & Creator Assistant for the season. You'll work closely with our Junior Creative Producer and our Social & Creator Manager, learning the craft from people doing it at scale.
You'll be the engine room of Carv social. You'll help schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, write copy, brief editors, and keep the comments alive. When we're on a trip or at an event, you're the one grabbing the behind-the-scenes content nobody else thinks to capture.
The other half of the job is creators. You'll help find the right influencers, build real relationships with them, support approvals, and help keep contracts and invoices in order. You'll get stuck into the events and logistics that bring them together. It's a role for someone who loves the social side of skiing as much as the skiing itself.
This is a genuine way into ski media. You don't need years of experience, just a sharp social instinct, creative eye, and a packed bag by the door. You'll travel to resorts and events, you'll be on snow, and you'll build a network across the influencers and athletes who shape the sport. The more you take on, the bigger the role gets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- You live and breathe skiing, and you're an advanced skier yourself. This role makes content in the mountains, so you need to know the culture and the basics of technique
- You're outgoing and love connecting with people. You thrive in social settings and have a knack for building relationships

- You're a natural problem-solver. When a plan falls apart, and in influencer marketing it often does, you stay calm and find a way through
- You treat AI as a superpower. You're curious about using it to work smarter across research, ideation, reporting and outreach
- You're organised with an eye for detail. You'll help manage creator contracts and invoices, so keeping track of moving parts matters
