The Oldwalls Collection
The Oldwalls Collection are looking for a creative, organised and commercially aware Social Media & Digital Executive to support the growth of our luxury wedding venue brands, including Fairyhill and Sant Ffraed House.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for content, a passion for social media and digital trends and a desire to develop their skills within a fast-paced luxury hospitality and events environment.
The Role
Support the planning, creation and delivery of engaging digital content across social media, email and paid platforms.
- Work closely with the wider commercial and creative teams to bring campaigns, events and weddings to life online.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn channels.
- Capture and create content across weddings, showcases, events and venue life.
- Edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Support the execution of paid Meta campaigns and digital advertising.
- Monitor engagement, trends and competitor activity.
- Assist with email marketing and website content updates.
- Support influencer, supplier and collaboration activity.
- Track basic performance metrics and campaign reporting.
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic and tone of voice.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years' experience in social media, marketing or content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and modern content trends.
- Confident filming and editing content on mobile.
- Creative eye for photography, styling and storytelling.
- Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Passion for luxury brands, hospitality, weddings or events.
- Basic understanding of paid social advertising is desirable.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
