Social Media & Engagement Coordinator
About the Role
As Social Media & Engagement Coordinator, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute compelling, relevant, and engaging content for all social platforms and email channels. With training and support from the Social Media & Content Executive, you will be the brand’s voice to customers, driving the development and implementation of our social media strategy to increase our presence and grow our audience.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Create and execute engaging content for all social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Edit high-quality images and videos, optimise for social or email, and ensure consistency in branding, voice, and design
- Proactively develop content based on product launches, business needs, and marketing goals for internal teams
Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Executive to align content plans with customer engagement strategies
- Monitor social media trends, virals, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain relevance
- Track and report performance metrics across all social platforms
Fieldwork & Events
- Attend store events and launches to capture authentic content (lives, reels, shorts)
- Schedule regular store visits to create dynamic content for marketing

- Drive audience growth and visibility through targeted engagement strategies
Requirements & Criteria
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms, including best practices, content trends, and tools
- Minimally 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Excellent copywriting and creative execution skills to craft engaging content
- Commercially aware, balancing customer engagement with brand storytelling and business goals
- Curiosity about new technologies and trends in social media
- Self-starter mentality, strong prioritisation, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Flexibility for occasionally working weekends, evenings, or events
- Occasional travel requirement to support content creation
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
