Location: Kensington, London Working arrangement: Hybrid - Fridays working from home Flexible hours option: Start between 8:00 and 10:00am, up to two hours break, finish times from 5:00 PM depending on chosen schedule.

As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Social Media & Engagement Lead to strengthen our online presence, deepen engagement with our global audience and build meaningful relationships with ambassadors, influencers and content collaborators.

About the Role

As Social Media & Engagement Lead, you will take ownership of Luca Faloni’s social media presence, ensuring every channel reflects our brand identity, craftsmanship and values.

  • Work closely with the Creative and Brand teams to shape the storytelling and content that represent Luca Faloni across social platforms.
  • Focus on channel management, community engagement, content coordination and maintaining a consistent and distinctive brand voice.
  • Develop and manage relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers and content collaborators.
  • Coordinate testimonials, interviews, product features, content partnerships and authentic brand stories that resonate with our audience.
  • Provide hands-on support to the Brand team in the execution of campaigns, product launches, events and wider marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

Social Media Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of all Luca Faloni social media channels.
  • Plan, maintain and execute the social media content calendar in coordination with the Creative and Brand teams.
  • Schedule and publish content across all relevant platforms.
  • Write engaging, accurate and brand-appropriate social media copy.
  • Ensure content consistently reflects the Luca Faloni tone of voice, visual identity and brand values.
  • Coordinate content requirements, deadlines and approvals with internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve channel growth, visibility and engagement.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, platform developments and emerging content formats.
  • Ensure social media activity supports wider campaigns, launches and commercial priorities.

Community Management and Engagement

  • Manage and grow Luca Faloni’s online community through timely, thoughtful and engaging interactions.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions and relevant conversations across social platforms.
  • Respond to customer and community enquiries in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Build meaningful relationships with followers and encourage ongoing engagement with the brand.
  • Identify recurring feedback, questions and audience interests, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
  • Protect and maintain a consistently high standard of brand representation across all online interactions.
  • Proactively identify conversations and opportunities that can strengthen the relationship between Luca Faloni and its audience.

Ambassadors, Influencers and Content Collaborators

  • Identify ambassadors, influencers, creators and content collaborators who align with the Luca Faloni brand.
  • Build and maintain long-term, authentic relationships with relevant partners.
  • Coordinate ambassador and influencer outreach, briefs, timelines, approvals and content delivery.
  • Organise testimonials, interviews, product features and authentic brand stories.
  • Support the development and execution of ambassador and influencer campaigns.
  • Ensure all partnership content meets agreed requirements and reflects Luca Faloni’s brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of relationships, communications, deliverables and results.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance based on content quality, audience engagement, reach and wider brand impact.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen successful relationships and develop ongoing collaborations.

Content and Brand Storytelling

  • Work closely with the Creative team to develop high-quality, engaging social content.
  • Brief internal teams and external collaborators on social media content requirements.
  • Support the development of content that communicates Luca Faloni’s products, craftsmanship, Italian heritage and brand story.
  • Help identify opportunities for testimonials, customer stories, ambassador features and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Coordinate the collection, approval and publication of social assets.
  • Ensure storytelling remains consistent across social media, campaigns, partnerships and other brand channels.

Brand Campaign and Event Support

  • Provide hands-on support to the Brand team in the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches and wider brand initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of brand events, activations, launches, dinners and other experiences.
  • Support event logistics, including venues, suppliers, guest lists, invitations, products, schedules and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, product samples, props and other materials required for campaigns and events.
  • Support content production, photoshoots and creative projects where required.
  • Help manage project timelines, internal approvals and campaign deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations, schedules, briefing documents and supporting materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Provide practical, administrative and operational support throughout the planning and delivery of campaigns and events.
  • Support post-event and post-campaign follow-up, reporting and content coordination.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media for a premium, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or design-led brand.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content formats, trends and best practices.
  • Experience managing online communities and building meaningful audience engagement.
  • Experience working with ambassadors, influencers, creators or content collaborators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting ability and a clear understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, practical and collaborative approach.
  • Confidence working across both creative and operational responsibilities.
  • Experience using social media scheduling, reporting and analytics tools.
  • The ability to interpret performance data and recommend practical improvements.
  • A strong understanding of brand consistency and visual presentation.
  • An interest in menswear, luxury, craftsmanship and the Luca Faloni brand.
  • Experience supporting events, launches or brand activations would be an advantage.
