Social Media Executive — Lifestyle Brand
£35,000–£40,000
A much-loved, product-led lifestyle brand is looking for a Social Media Executive to elevate their organic social presence. The company is experiencing rapid growth, expanding internationally and evolving into a broader lifestyle proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of Instagram—including content calendars, posting, and engagement.
- Proactively bring creative ideas to the table, shaping the organic social strategy alongside the Social & Influencer Lead.
- Create lo-fi, social-first content—covering shooting and editing.
- Capture footage at brand events, partnerships, and influencer moments throughout the year.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in running organic social media channels full-time.
- A strong social-first mindset—understanding platform nuances and what drives engagement.
- Hands-on content creation expertise: comfortable shooting and editing lo-fi content.
- Experience managing a content calendar from conception to execution. (Sector knowledge is flexible—platform expertise matters more.)

- Personable, collaborative, and culturally aligned—communication and teamwork are core to the role.

Location & Workplace Policy
- Hybrid model: Minimum 2 days per week in the office.
