Remote | Occasional Shoots in York | Potential to Become Full-Time
We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Executive to join the Zero Friends team. This is a part-time remote role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.
You'll be helping manage the social media presence of a wide range of hospitality and lifestyle brands, creating engaging content that delivers real results.

What you'll be doing
- Managing day-to-day social media accounts across multiple clients.
- Scheduling and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Creating engaging Reels, Stories, and other short-form content.
- Monitoring accounts, replying to comments and messages, and engaging with audiences.
- Supporting content planning and coming up with creative ideas.
- Occasionally attending photo and video shoots, primarily in York city centre.
- Working alongside our photography team to capture behind-the-scenes content, video clips, and social-first content.
- Keeping up with social media trends and identifying opportunities for clients.
What we're looking for
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite is essential.
- A good eye for content, trends, and storytelling.
- Confidence filming content on a smartphone and creating engaging Reels and Stories.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
- Able to travel to York for occasional shoots.
