Social Media Executive

Social Media Executive – Luxury Grade Digital Storytelling

Insignia is looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team in London.

The right person will create, design, and deliver luxury-grade graphic and video content that elevates Insignia’s social media presence.

This role owns the end-to-end social presence, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a premium social media experience aligned with our brand values.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Support and execute a luxury + financial payments-focused social media plan, driving brand, product, and acquisition goals across both Insignia and our Financial Services business (paid + organic).
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, optimisation, and governance across all platforms, strict brand and compliance adherence.

Creative Output

  • Produce high-quality reels, motion graphics, and visual assets reflecting a premium financial aesthetic.
  • Capture, design, and edit end-to-end content ground-up.

Paid & Organic Performance

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to set up and execute campaigns across Meta social ads platforms.
  • Drive organic follower growth and engagement through trend-aligned content, hashtags, community interaction, and platform optimisations.
  • Test messaging, visuals, and formats (A/B testing) to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.

Cross-Functional & Commercial Alignment

  • Work closely with Design, CRM, Content, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer touchpoints.
  • Integrate SEO and PR strategies to amplify premium brand placements and enhance content discoverability.

Analysis & Strategy

  • Track KPIs, analyse insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimise performance.
  • Maintain luxury-grade quality control—ensuring the highest standards of visual and editorial excellence across all content.

  • Experience in luxury high-credibility sectors, including finance, fintech, or lifestyle services.
  • Proven social growth expertise, with a track record of high-performing content, influencer, and follower acquisition.
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills, with proficiency in:
    • Design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Carrd, Figma)
    • Motion graphics and short-form content creation
  • Technical familiarity with social ads scheduling, analytics tools, and reporting platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Compliance awareness—experience working in regulated financial environments preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset—passionate about luxury-grade digital storytelling.
