This role sits at the heart of our marketing team and will be central to planning, organising and delivering content and collaborations that are consistently on-brand and beautifully executed.
You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager and wider marketing team to keep our channels active, considered and coherent, and to build influencer relationships that reflect the quality and craft Corston is known for.
We're looking for someone detail-oriented, highly organised and genuinely passionate about social media, design and building relationships. You'll be comfortable taking ownership of the content calendar and day-to-day scheduling, while also handling the admin and communication behind influencer partnerships, from first outreach through to contract and content sign-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of social content across key channels including, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
- Create clear, well-considered briefs for social and influencer content, working primarily with graphic designers, copywriters and the wider creative team to ensure output aligns with the Corston brand
- Crop, resize and prepare images and assets for use across platforms, ensuring they're optimised for each channel's specifications
- Collate, organise and maintain a well-structured content library, keeping assets easy to find and ready to use
- Own the scheduling and posting of content, managing the content calendar to ensure a consistent, well-timed publishing cadence
- Respond to comments, messages and community activity across channels, flagging anything that needs a response or escalation
- Support the Social Media Manager with regular performance reporting across organic and influencer content, pulling data from platform analytics to track engagement and growth
- Manage outreach and ongoing communication with influencers and agencies, from initial enquiries to negotiating final contractual partnership terms
- Review influencer content against brand guidelines and contractual requirements feeding back clearly and constructively before approval
- Represent Corston at industry and networking events, building relationships with creators and agencies
- Actively feedback and contribute to key platform strategy aligned to our social media goals

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
