Job: Social Media Executive

Location: Bristol/Hybrid

Salary: Competitive

Reporting to: VP Of Marketing

Kallidus is a leading SaaS provider of learning, performance, and talent management solutions. Our award-winning platform helps hundreds of organisations worldwide empower their people to perform at their best — from simplifying compliance to driving skills development and measurable business outcomes.

We are a technology company, not just a company that "does technology". We build it ourselves, we own it entirely, and the people who lead that work have real influence over how it evolves. Come build, grow and make a difference!🚀

The Role

Are you obsessed with creating content people actually want to engage with?

At Kallidus, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to help shape how our brand connects with audiences across social media, community and digital channels.

You’ll play a key role in creating engaging content, building meaningful relationships with customers and prospects, and strengthening Kallidus’ position as a leading learning and talent technology brand. Working alongside our Content, Product and Segment Marketing teams, as well as senior leaders across the business, you’ll turn great ideas into high-performing social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, love experimenting with new content formats, and understand how social media can deliver real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Kallidus’ social media channels, including content planning, publishing, optimisation and community management.
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing and Campaign teams to create engaging, social-first content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Repurpose thought leadership, customer stories, research and campaign assets into compelling social content across multiple formats, including video, graphics and written posts.
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to build their visibility through thought leadership and personal branding initiatives.
  • Build and nurture online communities by creating meaningful interactions with customers, prospects, partners and industry influencers.
  • Monitor conversations, respond to engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Analyse social media performance and audience insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and channel growth.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and emerging formats to bring fresh ideas and innovation to Kallidus’ social presence.
  • Support campaign launches and email marketing activity to maximise reach, engagement and impact.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies that support wider marketing and business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
