We're excited to be partnering with GLOWWA on the search for a Social Media & Community Executive to join their growing marketing team.

GLOWWA is a fast-growing wellness and beauty brand on a mission to help people feel good, inside and out. Built on passion, purpose, and community, the brand has developed a highly engaged audience and an exciting presence across the social space.

Working closely with the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll play a key role in bringing the GLOWWA brand to life across social platforms while helping nurture and grow its ever-expanding community.

The Role:

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Supporting the planning, filming, and editing of short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
  • Managing day-to-day community engagement and building meaningful audience relationships
  • Staying on top of trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities
  • Supporting campaigns, launches, shoots, and wider brand storytelling initiatives
  • Tracking performance and contributing ideas to improve engagement and growth
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team on creative concepts and social activations

About You:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a social media, content, or community-focused role
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends
  • Experience creating mobile-first content, including filming and editing
  • Confidence using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • A creative eye and a strong understanding of what performs socially
  • A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or digital culture
