Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and confident Social Media Executive who thrives on camera, excels in content creation, and can deliver engaging material across platforms. This role is perfect for enthusiasts just starting their career in digital marketing and content creation—ideal for those passionate about social media trends, video creation, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Publishing

    • Develop and publish engaging Instagram posts, Reels, Facebook content, TikTok videos, LinkedIn updates, and more.
    • Capture and edit compelling behind-the-scenes, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
    • Write captions, scripts, and social media copy aligned with the brand’s voice.
  • On-Camera Representation

    • Appear confidently in videos, Reels, and promotional campaigns to represent the brand authentically.
  • Content Strategy & Execution

    • Collaborate in monthly content calendars and brainstorm fresh, creative ideas.
    • Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms.
    • Monitor content performance, share analytics-driven insights, and refine strategies for better engagement.
  • Community & Team Coordination

    • Engage with followers by responding to comments and inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
    • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

  • Education

    • A-levels, High School Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) in:
      • Marketing
      • Media Studies
      • Communications
      • Business
      • Related field
  • Experience (0–1 year preferred)

    • Experience in social media management, content creation, or internships.
    • Freelance or personal projects (portfolios welcome).
    • Applicable volunteer work (e.g., school clubs, social media team roles).
  • Key Attributes & Skills

    • Camera-friendly personality—confident and comfortable on camera.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
    • Basic knowledge of mobile videography and photography (preferred).
    • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Compensation corresponds to a percentage of sales enabled by your efforts.
