Social Media Executive – Fixed-Term (12 Months) | Fashion Brand | London/Remote Option
About the Role
There comes a point in a fashion brand’s journey where social media stops being just a channel and becomes the heartbeat of the business—where every post, story, and campaign shapes how the brand is seen, felt, and talked about. This is one of those moments.
We’re now looking for a Social Media Executive to take the brand’s digital presence to the next level on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes fashion—who intuitively understands style, tracks trends in real time, and can translate that energy into engaging, on-brand content. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and a cross-functional team (including design, sales, and customer experience) to shape the brand’s visual, creative, and commercial identity across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
- Produce engaging, trend-driven content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, reflecting the brand’s fashion-forward values.
- Spot emerging trends early and turn them into authentic, high-impact posts, including:
- Styling-led reels
- Behind-the-scenes stories
- Campaign launches
- Seasonal product drops
- Develop fresh, creative concepts while ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and customer journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
