Social Media Executive

We are seeking a creative and versatile Social Media Executive to lead day-to-day activity across our Restaurant & Bar social channels, while also supporting the Social Media Manager with Hotel content creation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, content creation, and digital storytelling.

In this role, you will play a key part in translating the group’s culinary and hospitality stories into engaging, high-quality organic and paid social content that drives audience growth and supports wider business objectives.

This is a diverse, multi-region role based in London, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Social Media Executive responsibilities:

Content Creation & Delivery

  • Create high quality, social first content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, from concept and filming to editing and publishing
  • Capture compelling stories across Restaurants & Bars and hotels, including food, drink, people and behind the scenes moments
  • Turn social strategy into engaging, on brand content ideas aligned to campaigns and commercial priorities
  • Repurpose and optimise content across platforms to maximise performance and reach
  • Support photo and video shoots, working with regional teams, agencies and creators
  • Spot trends, engage with UGC and social communities, and pitch reactive ideas
  • Ensure content consistently meets brand, tone of voice and accessibility guidelines

Platform Planning & Scheduling

  • Manage day to day social activity across Restaurant & Bar channels, including scheduling, publishing and optimisation
  • Build and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns, priorities and key moments
  • Manage the content lifecycle end to end and respond to in platform opportunities
  • Coordinate agency workflows and partner with Digital Marketing to align organic and paid activity

Paid Social & Campaign Support

  • Support paid social activity alongside Digital Marketing, aligning organic and paid content
  • Create Meta ad creatives informed by objectives and performance insights
  • Monitor and optimise content performance, identifying quick wins and improvements

Analytics & Tracking

  • Track platform and post performance, competitor activity and category trends
  • Support monthly reporting and share insights and emerging platform developments

Influencer & Creator Support

  • Support influencer and creator activity across Restaurant & Bar campaigns
  • Assist with briefs, shoot coordination and usage rights tracking

What we’d like to see from you:

  • Experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content across platforms, including good copywriting skills
  • Basic creative skills in Adobe, or similar tools. Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting templates
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a variety of stakeholders/agencies, across regions
  • Willingness to experiment with new formats and technologies like AI tools
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
