We're delighted to be partnering exclusively with a premium interiors brand to recruit a Social & Content Executive to join its growing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, design-led business known for its beautifully crafted products and inspiring customer experience. If you love creating engaging content and have a passion for interiors, homeware, or lifestyle brands, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

From launching new collections and capturing behind-the-scenes content to producing social campaigns and styling photoshoots, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life across multiple channels. It's a varied, hands-on position where no two days look the same.

The Role

Working closely with the marketing team, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life through engaging content and social media activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Devising a monthly social media content plan with a focus on using your creative ideas to drive brand engagement.
  • Researching audience insights, social trends, and competitor activity to inspire fresh creative ideas and campaign opportunities.
  • Capturing and creating original photography and video content for social media, campaigns, and wider marketing materials.
  • Scheduling and publishing engaging content across the brand's social media channels.
  • Managing user-generated content (UGC) from customers and influencers to help build an engaged online community.
  • Building relationships with influencers on Instagram, supporting partnerships, and campaign activity.
  • Monitoring content performance and using insights to continually improve engagement and reach.

About You

You'll be a creative storyteller with a strong eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality content. Comfortable working across multiple projects, you'll enjoy combining creativity with organization to deliver engaging campaigns.

  • Previous experience in content creation and social media management.
  • An interest in interiors, homeware, lifestyle, or design-led brands.
  • Confidence creating both photography and video content.
  • A proactive attitude and plenty of creative ideas.
