Create Content That Inspires.

At Crow Wood, we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences. From award-winning hospitality and luxury spa experiences to restaurants and leisure, our brands are built on quality, innovation and outstanding customer service.

We're looking for a talented Social Media Executive to bring our brands to life across digital channels. If you're a creative storyteller with an eye for great content, a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of social media strategy, we'd love to hear from you.

This role will take ownership of the social media presence across Crow Wood’s portfolio of brands (excluding Soccer Burnley), creating engaging content, growing online communities and delivering campaigns that support our commercial objectives.

No two days will be the same. One day you could be filming behind the scenes in our kitchens, capturing luxury spa content or promoting an exciting event, and the next you'll be analysing campaign performance, meeting with departmental teams or developing the next big social campaign.

What You'll Do

As our Social Media Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, publishing and managing engaging social media content across our brands.

You'll:

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement and online visibility.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
  • Produce high-quality photography, video and short-form content that showcases the very best of our brands and customer experiences.
  • Plan and manage content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered consistently and on schedule.
  • Work closely with departmental managers to identify seasonal opportunities, events, promotions and experiences that can be amplified through social media.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure social media activity aligns with wider marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Maintain each brand's unique tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, responding to customer engagement and helping deliver an exceptional online customer experience.
  • Build relationships with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to extend our reach and enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce insightful reports and recommend improvements based on data and industry trends.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital trends and bring fresh ideas that keep our brands ahead of the competition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
