Social Media Executive

Location: London (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time

About topl

At topl, we believe reusable drinkware should be beautifully designed, highly functional and built for everyday life. From our award-winning 360° drinking lid to our premium insulated cups, we're on a mission to make sustainable choices effortless.

Our products are stocked by leading cafés, retailers and hospitality brands, and we're growing rapidly across the UK and internationally. We're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive who can help tell our story, create engaging content and build a community that genuinely loves the brand.

The Role

This is a content-first social media role. You'll be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content that showcases TOPL products, our community and the lifestyle around them.

From filming product demonstrations and trending TikToks to capturing behind-the-scenes content, collaborating with creators and supporting new product launches, you'll play a key role in growing our brand across social media.

You'll work closely with our marketing, design and partnerships teams, bringing fresh ideas and staying ahead of trends to ensure TOPL remains relevant and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage TOPL's organic social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Plan and deliver a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, retail partnerships and seasonal marketing activity.
  • Film, edit and publish engaging short-form video content, including product demonstrations, lifestyle content, office and behind-the-scenes moments, customer stories and trend-led content.
  • Capture photography and video content for use across social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
  • Create engaging captions and platform-specific copy that reflects TOPL's premium yet approachable brand voice.
  • Identify and react to emerging social media trends, audio, formats and platform updates.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, encouraging user-generated content and building meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Source, brief and manage UGC creators and influencer collaborations, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Work with retail, hospitality and brand partners to create collaborative social content and support partnership launches.
  • Support product launches by creating exciting campaign content across multiple channels.
  • Monitor performance across all social platforms, providing monthly reports and recommendations based on engagement, reach, conversions and audience growth.
  • Continuously test new creative ideas and content formats to improve performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
