Role Overview
Are you passionate about football betting and creating video content for an audience of over 1,000,000 people? If so, you might be exactly who I'm looking for. With three highly engaged social media channels, my Gem Bet email, and a growing user base on my website, I'm looking to add one or two people to help not only maintain an already high standard of content delivery, but also push us further into short-form video, think Instagram Reels, TikTok, and beyond, while still covering the day-to-day content that keeps the brand running. This isn't necessarily an entry-level role. Whether you're currently in another job or just starting out, this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing brand. You'll have real responsibility, plenty of room to grow, and a big say in shaping the future of my content, especially as we expand what video can do for us.
It's a full-time role with a very competitive salary, fully remote, and includes a generous bonus scheme. As you'd expect in football, you must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Tasks
- Researching football matches, identifying quality betting content and writing research.
- Creating engaging content across social, email, and my website, including video for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Exploring new platforms, formats, and ideas to help the brand reach new audiences.
- Analysis and reporting to track the performance of bets and content engagement, enabling continuous improvement and learning.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and bringing fresh ideas to improve content, engagement, and performance.
Requirements
- Experience creating video content, ideally for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Hungry for success and excited to be part of a high-performing team
- Curious by nature and always looking to learn and improve
- A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to an already innovative brand
- Strong writing skills with great attention to detail
- Genuine passion for football betting and a solid understanding of the game
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own workload effectively
- Good patter, don't take yourself too serious
