Your Key Responsibilities
This role requires versatility and initiative, with core focus areas including:
Content & Marketing
- Email marketing: Handle copywriting, design, strategy, and optimisation for newsletters, product updates, and exclusive promotions.
- Social media growth: Scale LinkedIn (our largest audience channel) through experiments with new content formats. Launch and grow Twitter and support ambitions for YouTube.
- Collaborative content: Work with other departments to curate and share high-value content across channels.
Visual & Digital Identity
- Graphic design coordination: Ensure consistent visual identity across platforms—you’ll receive full training and resources.
- UX and website optimisation: Improve our site’s design, SEO, and user experience, while developing new digital formats aligned with our brand.
- Data-driven improvement: Continuously measure and refine performance metrics, KPIs, and paid advertising/PPC campaigns.
Cross-team synergy
- Drive internal engagement by aligning content efforts and communication to reflect the company’s Brand strategy.

Criteria
- No formal experience required, but you must hold/be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- A UK work permit is essential.
- Amply proactive and unwilling to shy away from impactful, entrepreneurial work.

The Deal
- Your start date will be flexible—we’ll adapt to your timing.
- Monday to Friday, onsite at our Buckingham Gate, London office. We need collaboration, speed, and in-person synergy to create industry-leading events.
