Are you a Social Media and Influencer Strategist ready to lead iconic brands to new digital heights?

The De’Longhi Group (Kenwood, De’Longhi, Braun) is seeking a Social Media and Influencer Lead to shape and drive our global digital strategy. This is your chance to own the consumer conversation and accelerate brand growth across multiple household names.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Strategy: Design, set, and implement the comprehensive Social Media and Influencer plan for our brands.
  • Drive Engagement: Oversee content and copy creation for all direct-to-consumer platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
  • Cultivate Influence: Identify, engage, and manage key influencer relationships to amplify brand reach, consideration, and credibility.
  • Deliver Growth: Devise campaigns that align with our overall growth plan, focusing on consumer engagement, customer acquisition, and first-party data growth in partnership with the E-commerce team.
  • Manage Excellence: Lead and manage digital agency teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution and provide digital support across the global marketing community.

What We're Looking For:

You must be an organized, highly motivated, and collaborative individual with a proven, demonstrable level of Social Media experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of key digital platforms and fluency in content marketing trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
  • Analytical capability to understand and forecast customer acquisition and ROI.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage budgets accurately, and inspire others.

The location

This role is based at our newly established Social Media Hub in Farringdon, London. We operate a flexible hybrid working model, typically three days in the office and two at home. Regular travel to Italy is expected, with occasional additional international travel.
