Location: Joined remotely (or specify preferred region) Status: Full-time Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Founded in 2016, Tilly Sveaas is a fast-growth, founder-led jewellery brand with ambitious scalability goals. We’re seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our organic social presence and influencer marketing, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through culturally resonant content and strategic partnerships.
As the central hub for social and influencer marketing, working across creative, PR, ecommerce, and paid media, your role ensures cohesive execution to maximize organic reach and paid performance.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Own and manage all influencer marketing activities, from campaigns and affiliate programs to gifting and paid collaborations.
- Lead execution on ShopMy platform, including:
- Creator onboarding and partnership agreements
- Campaign management
- Performance tracking and optimisation
- Identify and build long-term relationships with creators that align with Tilly Sveaas’s aesthetic and brand values.
- Negotiate partnerships, manage budgets, and ensure strong ROI across all influencer activity.
- Deliver regular performance reporting, including insights and strategic recommendations.
Organic Social Media Management
- Grow and manage Tilly Sveaas’ organic presence, primarily on Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with:
- Brand campaigns
- Product launches and drops
- Key trading periods (e.g., holidays, release seasons)
- Commission and brief content that embodies Tilly Sveaas’s elevated yet effortless, aspirational style.
- Monitor and analyze performance, refining strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.

Content & Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and Head of Creative to:
- Develop compelling, platform-native content for each channel.
- Translate brand campaigns into social-first storytelling.
- Stay ahead of trends and cultural moments, ensuring relevance and a distinctive brand voice.
PR & Talent Integration
- Assist PR agencies with:
- Gifting for key talent and influencers
- Influencer partnerships
- Participation in brand events
- Coordinate influencer involvement in activations and brand activations to maximize content opportunities.
E-commerce & User-Generated Content (UGC)
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to:
- Increase volume and quality of UGC for onsite use.
- Drive styling-led content to bolster social proof and customer inspiration.
- Leverage influencer and community content for conversion rate optimisation.

Paid Social Amplification
- Partner with the digital agency to:
- Whitelist and scale high-performing influencer content for paid social.
- Identify and amplify top organic content for broader reach.
- Support a test-and-learn approach to reveal efficient creator-led performance marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years' experience in:
- Social media marketing and/or influencer marketing, preferably within fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle.
- Technical mastery of Instagram and TikTok, with:
- A keen eye for content, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including:
- Contracts, communications, and ROI measurement.
- Bonus experience with:
- ShopMy platform
- International markets (preferably North American operations)
- Commercially savvy, integrating social media metrics with:
- Direct conversion goals
- Brand awareness growth (halo effect on conversions).
- Highly organised, demonstrating strong:
- Project management skills
- Charismatic communicator, able to:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to:
- Use data to inform performance-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with brand partnerships, content production, and ecommerce integration.
