Company Description

We’re building the next generation of football intelligence. FAIR is an AI that goes beyond traditional stats to analyse every action, movement, and decision on the pitch, and evaluate how they impact team performance. Trained to understand how football should be played, FAIR gives users access to advanced football intelligence that helps them make better decisions, whether they are fans, fantasy football players, analysts, bettors or strategists.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to support our social media strategy and online presence. You will help manage social media accounts, assist with content planning, and help create engaging posts that resonate with football fans. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience, receive mentorship, and work on an exciting project from start to finish. Internship is fully remote, for a minimum duration of 3 months, and may be part-time or full-time (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
