Company Description
Zourra is a premium wellness brand for women navigating perimenopause and menopause by combining science, elevated design, and community to support an under-served life stage. We're pre-launch, bootstrapped, and building a high-intent waitlist and a scalable, conversion-driven growth engine from zero.
Role Description
The Social Media Lead is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This is a hands-on execution role sitting alongside the Founder, where you bring life to everything by capturing the ins and outs of the business, using great storytelling techniques to bring our story to life and sharing it across our social media platforms to build our brand and community.
You'll be the voice of Zourra in the spaces our audience already lives such as menopause and peri-menopause Facebook groups, Reddit threads, Instagram, TikTok, and our own social channels. You'll also produce the steady stream of short-form content that keeps those channels alive.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone to help build a strong, founder-led brand that women trust. Our ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who spots the moments we need to capture and the stories we need to tell. They take initiative without waiting to be asked, moving fast on ideas and following through on execution. They're comfortable filming founders, customers, and themselves, confident writing and editing content.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Someone creative, proactive, and genuinely curious about women's health, the perimenopause and menopause space. Scrappy, builds, launches, posts, replies, and ships daily. Someone who can push the boundaries, build brand visibility for Zourra and push us out of our comfort zone.
We are a challenger brand, and we want to own that. Working with the Founder, you'll help us build authority by turning the unglamorous stuff, ingredient sourcing, dosing decisions etc into content that makes women feel seen. You'll work to translate this into easily digestible content for our audience.
