Our client is an award-winning consumer brand with a passionate and growing customer community. Creativity, storytelling and innovation sit at the heart of everything they do, and they're now looking for a Social Media Manager to help take their brand presence to the next level.

This is an exciting opportunity to own and evolve a social-first strategy that inspires, entertains and builds genuine connections. Working closely with the Brand Director and an in-house creative team, you'll create standout content, build meaningful brand partnerships and develop a thriving community both online and offline.

The Social Media Manager will:

  • Lead and develop the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Create engaging, social-first content that builds brand awareness and community engagement
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring campaigns align with wider marketing and brand activity
  • Develop strategic partnerships, collaborations and events with like-minded brands, creators and influencers
  • Analyse performance, identify emerging trends and continually optimise content through insight-led testing

The role requires:

  • 3–5 years' experience managing social media for a consumer, lifestyle or retail brand
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content creation
  • Excellent creative storytelling, copywriting and content planning skills
  • Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
