NEW ROLE: Social Media Manager
We’re partnering on an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of day-to-day social channels within a fast-paced, content-led environment. This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with structure, thrives on community engagement, and is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and growing brand social media channels across key platforms
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools
- Owning content calendars and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time
- Creating engaging social content aligned with brand tone of voice and objectives
- Leading community management with strong, platform-native copywriting
- Identifying trends through social listening and turning insights into opportunities
- Producing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Running competitor audits and trend analysis
- Supporting budget and finance tracking
- Building strong client relationships as a day-to-day contact

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing brand social media channels
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Experience writing engaging community management copy
- Confident producing social performance reports and insight-led recommendations
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident presenting ideas and insights to clients
- Experience using social scheduling and management tools
- Strong understanding of social listening and trend analysis
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Package
- Salary: Up to £33,000
