About Us:

Hi there👋we’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare and lip balm – and we’re only just getting started. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company we’re already one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups🚀 So, fancy coming along for the ride?😃

The Role:

We are looking for someone who loves Social Media - setting the strategy and getting stuck into content creation. This role is for someone creative, ambitious and strategic - bursting with ideas, and with a true understanding of what makes content perform. You will own Wild’s social presence across channels, bringing structure and momentum to how we show up online.

If you are someone who can bring high energy, positivity and drive to make an impact, this is the perfect role for you!

Please note this is a junior to mid-level role.

What you’ll do!

  • Social Strategy & Execution - own the organic social media strategy for Wild’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, leading the weekly social meetings and setting direction & strategy for our international Social Media teams (US, DE, FR).
  • Content Creation & Calendar Management - create and manage the social content calendar, balancing our key social pillars.
  • Performance & Insights - track, analyse and report on the performance of our social channels, with a focus on engagement, growth and reach - using these insights to refine and pivot strategy to maximise performance.
  • Culture & Collaboration - champion Wild’s tone of voice, values, and sustainability mission across all content & work cross-functionally with all teams at Wild to achieve our mission!
  • Team management - you'll indirectly manage the social media team (four people), setting the strategy and aligning on weekly priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
