Role Description
The Social Media Manager role at Oxyile is a part-time, remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s presence across social media platforms. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves:

This role also includes:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support campaigns, product launches, and educational content about peer-to-peer lending
- Proactively managing social media calendars
- Timely engagement with audiences to strengthen brand awareness and trust
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and engage audiences across platforms.
- Skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt compelling social media content.
- Strong Communication skills to interact with online communities and collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Knowledge of fintech or interest in financial services, lending, or investing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing brand accounts or campaigns on major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) is beneficial.
- A background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
