About the Role
As we continue to grow our brand and connect with communities across the UK, we're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and bring our story to life.
Location: Alcester/Hybrid Salary: £45,000 per year
This is an opportunity to shape how one of the UK's leading home care providers engages with customers, families, carers, and colleagues across multiple platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.

- Leading our social media strategy across key platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Creating and delivering engaging content that supports brand and campaign objectives
- Managing community engagement and protecting our brand reputation
- Using data and audience insights to optimise content and performance
- Collaborating with marketing, recruitment, and operational teams on key campaigns
- Managing and developing a direct report
- Working with content creators and external partners to deliver high-quality social content
Requirements
We’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded social media professional with:
- Proven experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand
- Strong content planning and community management experience
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools
- A data-driven approach to measuring performance and engagement
- Strong judgement and confidence managing customer-facing and reputational situations
