Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, trend-aware, and experienced in creating engaging content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create, plan, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and videos
  • Develop social media content strategies aligned with our brand goals
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to create relevant and timely content
  • Write captions, video descriptions, and social media copy in a clear and engaging style
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, or content creators when needed
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall account performance
  • Support paid social media campaigns when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience creating content calendars and social media strategies
  • Ability to create engaging short-form video ideas for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
  • Good copywriting skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting

  • Experience with paid social media advertising
