About the company
Our client is an award-winning, independent creative agency with a reputation for bold thinking and delivering impactful work for ambitious global brands. Combining strategic insight with creative excellence, they develop campaigns that build brands, challenge convention and create meaningful connections with audiences across multiple channels.
About the Role
This agency is looking for a Social Media Manager to help them build something new: a full social media offer for one of their key clients in the energy drinks category, with the ambition to grow it into a bigger service across the agency. This is not a “make a few posts and hope for likes” role. Their in-house studio will support with design, motion, video and campaign assets.
What they need is someone who knows how to make social work in the wild: publishing, community management, reporting, optimisation, testing, learning and keeping the whole back end running properly. You’ll play a key role in launching and managing social for two challenger energy drink brands across both consumer and trade channels. That means helping the brands show up in culture, build community and use LinkedIn as a proper sales tool - giving the sales team content, proof points and conversation starters for wholesale, convenience, retail and trade customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
