About the Role

A grant-making charitable foundation is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence. This is a hybrid role open to UK-based candidates, with a preference for those based in or near London who can attend occasional in-person meetings. There's real scope for the role to develop as our activity and audience grow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain the Foundation's social media presence, posting several times a week across our channels (Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create, schedule, and publish content that reflects the Foundation's voice and values.
  • Engage regularly with our social media audiences – replying to comments, liking posts, and re-sharing content.
  • Update and maintain the news section of the Foundation's website.
  • Plan and manage a content schedule across platforms.
  • Liaise with partner charities and organisations to coordinate press and exhibition material for review and approval.
  • Support the Foundation's wider communications as the role develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
