Our Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, analytics, creative briefing, and team leadership.

What you’ll be doing

Strategic Development

  • Lead the development and execution of a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand vision, values, and business goals across key platforms including but not limited to Instagram/Facebook/TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Identify key social media trends, insights, and innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Tailor content strategies to reach and engage target segments effectively in line with business strategic pillars.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant tools.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and insights to the wider Brand Marketing Team and key cross functional stakeholders.

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
  • Work with internal Creative Team to oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Partner with Paid Social team to create Social content that performs to both Organic and Paid goals.
  • Own all Social creative briefs execution with Creative Team taking briefs from Paid Social team to ensure synergy and efficiency across Paid and Organic Social output.

Influencer and Partnership Management

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
  • Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Partner with Paid Social to develop creator content that delivers to Paid goals.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor social team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure integrated communication strategies.
  • Work closely with Paid Social & Affiliate channel owners to align on a joined up strategy.

Community Engagement

  • Foster and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from social media interactions to identify common issues or areas for improvement.
  • Work with CC teams on social media best practices and the brand's tone and voice to ensure consistency in communication and manage high-stress situations effectively to maintain the brand's reputation.

The Skills And Qualifications You’ll Need

  • Considerable depth of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies for premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and tools such as DashHudson, Sprout, and native platform analytics.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to interpret, prioritise, and act with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Passionate about social, and understanding of the complexities.
  • Experience working with broader creative, marketing, PR, Paid Social, and Affiliate teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education to degree level.
  • Intuitive understanding of our brand.
  • Flexible to work out of hours to cover TWC events on social media channels.
