Social Media Manager
London | Hybrid (2 days per week) | £60,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with a fast-growing international financial services business that is investing heavily in its marketing function and building a best-in-class content operation.
As part of that growth, they're looking for a Social Media Manager to help shape the future of their social channels across multiple international markets.
This is far more than a scheduling and community management role.
You'll work at the centre of a fast-paced marketing team, creating engaging content around major market events, collaborating with in-house analysts, designers and compliance specialists, and helping the business react quickly when important financial news breaks.
If you enjoy working where no two days are the same and want to move into a role with genuine ownership and progression, this is a fantastic opportunity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
