Crimson Social is a growing real estate marketing agency helping estate agents and property developers build their brands and generate leads through social media, content, and digital advertising.
We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Manager
We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery and growth of our clients’ social media accounts.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who already has hands-on experience growing Instagram accounts and is eager to develop their skills within a fast-growing agency.
You will work closely with our CEO to implement client strategies, create content plans, write captions and scripts, coordinate content production, and identify ways to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement social media strategies across multiple client accounts
- Create and manage content plans and calendars
- Write captions, hooks, video scripts, and content briefs
- Schedule and publish content across key social platforms
- Work with editors and videographers to deliver high-quality content
- Monitor performance and prepare regular client reports
- Research trends and identify opportunities for account growth
- Suggest new content ideas, formats, and strategies
- Support community management across client accounts
- Attend client meetings, property shoots, and content days
- Ensure work is delivered accurately and on time

About You
You are creative, organized, and eager to build a career in social media.
You may be a recent graduate, new to full-time employment, or someone who has gained practical experience through freelance work, personal accounts, university projects, or a side business.
You are proactive about learning new skills and improving your work. You do not wait to be told what to do next and are confident bringing forward new ideas or strategies that could improve client results.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable experience successfully growing Instagram accounts
- A portfolio showing content you have created and the results achieved
- Strong understanding of Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and carousels
- Good knowledge of social media trends, hooks, and content formats
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to attend meetings and content shoots in London

Desirable
- Experience starting a business, personal brand, or side project
- Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, or YouTube
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills
- Experience using scheduling and reporting tools
- Agency, client-facing, or property industry experience
- An interest in paid social advertising

- Salary of £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
