Social Media Manager
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead and grow our presence across all public social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, increasing audience engagement, strengthening brand awareness, and building social channels that are authentic, engaging, and community-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms including X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and future channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging daily content across all assigned platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all social channels.
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with company campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors by preparing creative briefs, requesting assets, providing feedback, and ensuring timely content delivery.
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute giveaways and community-driven social campaigns.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, mentions, and messages where appropriate.
- Build relationships with creators, partners, and relevant industry accounts.
- Participate in trending conversations and drive high-visibility interactions to increase brand reach.
- Leverage memes, GIFs, trending formats, and platform-native content to create engaging and relevant social media experiences.
- Create interactive content, including polls, Q&As, and Stories, to encourage audience participation.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform features to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track social media performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on analytics, engagement metrics, and audience behavior.
- Support social media initiatives related to partnerships, product launches, and company announcements.
- Collaborate closely with the Community Manager to ensure alignment between social media messaging and community channels such as Discord and Telegram.
