About the Company
We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing marketing business that's entering an exciting new chapter. They're looking for a commercially minded and creative social media strategist who loves building client relationships just as much as creating content that delivers results.
This isn't a role where you'll be one of twenty people doing the same thing. This is an opportunity to become a key figure in a growing team, working directly with senior leadership, influencing strategy, leading client relationships, and helping build a department that's scaling quickly.
If you've mastered account management, know how to make content perform, and are looking for a role with more ownership, visibility, and progression, keep reading.
Description
You'll be the strategic and creative lead across a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring content, campaigns, and results consistently exceed expectations.
A significant focus of this role will be supporting a major client in the health and wellness space, so we're particularly keen to hear from experienced Social Media Managers who have both professional experience in this sector and a genuine personal interest in health, fitness, or wellbeing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
