Role Description
This part-time Social Media Manager role is a hybrid position based in London, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms to promote the company’s services and brand. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Optimizing posts for engagement

- Monitoring performance metrics
The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather service updates, customer stories, and promotional offers, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and adhering to industry and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in:
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and increase engagement across platforms.
- Communication and Writing skills to create clear, concise, and brand-appropriate content and interact effectively with online communities.
- Content Strategy to plan content calendars, align posts with marketing goals, and adapt messaging based on performance data.

Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is beneficial. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time schedule are important. Prior experience in transportation, hospitality, or service-based industries, and familiarity with the London market, is an advantage but not required.
