Social Media Manager

The Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Based in our London office Hours: Full-time Salary: £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, creative Social Media Manager to lead the creation and performance of standout video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

You’ll be hands-on in creating content every day while also owning the performance, strategy and continuous improvement of everything we publish.

Working from our London studio, you’ll produce a mix of emotional and funny vox pops, stylish celebrity interviews, and engaging podcast content, built for both short-form and long-form platforms. You’ll also be responsible for understanding what works, why it works, and how we do more of it.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Plan, create and publish social-first video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Produce short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form YouTube content
  • Film and produce vox pops (emotional, funny, relatable) in-studio and on location
  • Lead and host modern, stylish celebrity interviews
  • Record and produce podcast content (including video podcasts for YouTube)
  • Appear on camera when needed and act as a confident face/voice of content
  • Optimise content for each platform (hooks, pacing, thumbnails, captions, retention)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
