Company Description
CLUB 1984 is a contemporary apparel brand influenced by classic American streetwear, with a focus on elevated essentials and timeless silhouettes.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester.
We’re looking for a Content & Social Manager to become the driving force behind our organic brand presence.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply schedules posts. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion, understands culture, spots trends before everyone else and knows how to turn everyday moments into content that people actually want to watch.
You’ll be responsible for capturing the brand as it happens—from product launches and campaign days to behind-the-scenes moments, styling content and everything in between. You’ll own our organic social channels, help build a genuine community around the brand and create content that inspires people to wear, share and buy what we create.
If you’re constantly thinking “that would make a great Reel” or “we should film this”, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow our organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, X and emerging platforms.
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality short-form content that feels native to each platform.
- Capture launches, office life, photoshoots, product development, founder content and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Build a content calendar that keeps the brand relevant, consistent and culturally connected.
- Work closely with our Founder, Designer, Merchandiser and Product Developer to bring every collection to life through storytelling.
- Identify trends, sounds and content opportunities before they become mainstream.
- Manage creator gifting and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Capture content at events, pop-ups and brand activations.
- Use performance data to understand what resonates and continuously improve content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
