Living Things

Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets. We're less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free and we're growing our team.

We're looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of the UK's defining consumer brands.

Our aim is to create a Living Things brand world that consumers want to be part of, with distinctive marketing that clearly differentiates us from competitors. The Social Media Manager plays a key role in bringing that brand world to life online, owning our channel strategy and content to build a genuine community of soda lovers around Living Things.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and line managing the Marketing & Partnerships Executive, this role is accountable for growing our social presence, creating the most culturally relevant content and partnerships, and supporting sampling, trade and NPD moments with best-in-class social activation.

The Social Media Manager will own social strategy end-to-end, from content pillars and calendar through to creation, community management and performance reporting, working with structure, pace and independence as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Content

  • Own the organic social strategy across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, developing platform-specific approaches that grow our community of soda lovers and drive engagement
  • Co-own the Living Things Tone of Voice, ensuring it is expressed across all digital touchpoints
  • Partner closely with our Creative Lead on ideation and creation, shaping social-first concepts and content that bring our key campaign moments to life online
  • Plan and execute a calendar of cultural activity, including standalone tactical moments and brand collaborations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
