Podcast & Social Media Manager

About the Job

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Podcast & Social Media Manager to own and grow our podcast's presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook.

This isn't a typical social media role. You'll be responsible for turning long-form podcast episodes into engaging, high-performing content that reaches new audiences and builds a loyal community.

You'll have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, test different formats, analyse what works, and continually improve performance. We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, moves quickly, and is excited by the challenge of growing a podcast from every angle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the podcast's social media presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook.
  • Turn long-form podcast episodes into engaging, platform-specific content, including Shorts, Reels, TikToks, clips, carousels, and posts.
  • Plan, create, edit, publish, and optimise content to maximise reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats, continually testing new ideas and strategies.
  • Write compelling titles, captions, descriptions, and hooks that improve discoverability and encourage engagement.
  • Build and engage our online communities by responding to comments, participating in conversations, and fostering audience interaction.
  • Monitor analytics across all platforms, identify opportunities for improvement, and use data to refine content and growth strategies.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content on recording days and identify additional opportunities to create authentic, engaging social content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
