Role Description
The Social Media Manager role at Spektra is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing and growing brand presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning and executing social media content calendars
- Developing platform-specific strategies
- Optimizing posts for engagement, reach, and audience growth
- Writing and editing posts
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners
- Ensuring that social narratives align with overall content and brand strategy
The Social Media Manager will:
- Monitor performance metrics
- Analyze trends
- Adapt campaigns based on insights and feedback
This role also includes:
- Community management
- Staying current with platform updates and best practices
- Contributing ideas to broader marketing and distribution initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Clear and effective Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for social platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools, audience insights, and performance measurement for social media
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for growth and engagement
