Role Description

The Social Media Manager role at Spektra is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing and growing brand presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Planning and executing social media content calendars
  • Developing platform-specific strategies
  • Optimizing posts for engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Writing and editing posts
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Ensuring that social narratives align with overall content and brand strategy

The Social Media Manager will:

  • Monitor performance metrics
  • Analyze trends
  • Adapt campaigns based on insights and feedback

This role also includes:

  • Community management
  • Staying current with platform updates and best practices
  • Contributing ideas to broader marketing and distribution initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Clear and effective Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy for social platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, audience insights, and performance measurement for social media
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for growth and engagement
