About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and commercially minded Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing strategic social media campaigns and delivering outstanding results. You’ll be equally comfortable presenting ideas to clients, creating engaging content, analysing performance and identifying new opportunities to add value.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches every project with enthusiasm, professionalism and a proactive attitude. If you’re someone who enjoys getting stuck in, finding solutions and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Working closely with the Head of Digital and our Marketing Account Managers, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring every campaign is creative, commercially effective and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Develop and deliver strategic social media plans aligned with client objectives.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging, high-quality content tailored to each brand.
- Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, professional relationships.
- Attend client meetings, present ideas and provide expert social media guidance.
- Proactively manage online communities, ensuring timely engagement and excellent customer service.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Analyse campaign performance and produce insightful reports with clear recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with designers, account managers and the wider marketing team.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Skills & Experience
- +3 years proven experience managing social media accounts within an agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across multiple brands.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how social media supports wider business objectives.
- Experience presenting to clients and confidently managing stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using scheduling, reporting and analytics tools to evaluate performance and inform future strategy.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
