ABOUT THE JOB
As the Social Media Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of VIEVE’s social media presence. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and growing audiences across all key platforms.
This role is central to shaping how the brand shows up online – translating business and marketing objectives into compelling social-first content and conversations. You are a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of platform culture, trends, and analytics. You know how to craft content that resonates, how to grow and nurture audiences, and how to turn followers into loyal brand advocates. You’ll blend creativity with performance insight to deliver impactful results across our social channels.
Reporting to the Senior Community & Social Manager, the Social Media Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure that social efforts are fully integrated into broader brand and commercial goals, including with the wider Marketing team, E-commerce, Creative, Commercial, Customer Service, and Blanket PR to achieve company objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Trends & Platform Strategy
- Own platform expertise for our key channels – identifying emerging trends, formats, and behaviours to shape VIEVE’s social approach.
- Monitor cultural moments, creator trends, and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable content ideas and posting opportunities.
- Implement the strategic channel priorities, content pillars, and posting cadence to ensure each platform is used in the most effective, native way.
- Present to senior stakeholders and the Founder to ensure social buy-in on campaign channel plans, and when piloting new formats and content ideas.
- Partner closely with our Paid team to shape impactful briefs, align on key messaging and commercial priorities, while synergising paid and organic social to strengthen performance and outcomes.
- Test and learn as formats and features evolve, scaling what works and iterating based on performance.
- Use social listening and analytics to understand audience needs, sentiment, and interests, ensuring VIEVE remains relevant and audience-first.
- Partner with our Community Executive to identify creator-led moments and opportunities for UGC and collaborations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
