Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + Bens

Your Mission:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll shape and execute a bold, creative social media strategy that brings our brand to life and drives real business results. You’ll be hands-on with content creation, campaign optimisation, agency management, and audience engagement—owning the end-to-end process across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and more.
Your Quests Include:
- Lead the day-to-day management of all company social media channels, both paid and organic
- Craft engaging and on-brand content (including images and video) to grow followers and boost engagement
- Manage our external paid social agency, working closely to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with wider marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor performance in real-time, track KPIs, and report on weekly results and longer-term trends
- Run live event coverage, delivering exciting, real-time social content that drives conversation
- Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation
- Drive growth-focused strategies around retargeting and subscriber acquisition
- Support cross-functional teams with social assets, timelines, and campaign integrations
- Expand our influencer marketing program and cultivate authentic relationships with creators
- Engage with our audience, responding to messages and fostering an active online community

Skills:
- A creative storyteller with a passion for digital and social
- Experienced in managing multi-platform social media accounts (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
- Comfortable using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar to create stand-out content
- Confident working with data—comfortable in Excel and familiar with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Highly organised, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities and projects
- Always curious—quick to spot trends, take initiative, and learn on the fly
- A team player who’s collaborative, enthusiastic, and ready to make an impact
- Experience using Asana and GRIN (not essential but a plus)
- A background in e-commerce or retail social media strategy
- A marketing or communications degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
