We’re looking for a creative freelancer to help grow Deme, a social networking app built around interest-based communities.
Our audience is primarily teens and young adults, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely understands internet culture, trends and what makes people stop scrolling. This isn’t a traditional corporate marketing role. We want someone who can create entertaining content that feels native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and Reddit.
What you’ll do
- Create engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Manage and grow Deme’s social media presence.
- Plan, schedule and publish content.
- Engage with our community by replying to comments and interacting with users.
- Keep up with trends and turn them into content that fits Deme.
- Suggest new ideas and campaigns to help grow the app organically.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
